  • Legal Consultation: Engage with legal experts to ensure the fundraising process adheres to all regulations and jurisdictions involved.

  • Engage with Communities: Start building a community around Certix Gold on platforms like Telegram and Twitter.

2. Pre-Sale (1-2 months)

  • Pre-Sale: Approach venture capitalists, angel investors, and industry partners. Aim to raise around $500k - $1M during this phase.

  • Benefits: Offer early investors a slight discount or bonus tokens as an incentive.

3. Private Sale (2-3 weeks)
