The primary reason for our adoption of XAUT is to facilitate the immediate exchange of NFTs for digital gold. This ensures that users can, at any time, trade their gold-representative NFTs for the equivalent value in gold, as detailed in the "Integration of NFTs" section. Additionally, Tether Gold offers the option to exchange XAUT tokens for physical gold. This provides our users with unmatched flexibility and liquidity, making it easy to move between owning gold in its digital form and having it in hand.

To encourage the adoption of XAUT, we built a bridge from Ethereum to Arbitrum, facilitating the transfer of XAUT across blockchains (which was not yet the case). Additionally, we aim to create a new WXAUT/USDT liquidity pool on Uniswap v3 on Arbitrum to allow trading and liquidity.
